      This is a Samsung r500 cell phone on the Cricket service. It goes out of signal in large buildings and the owners home.. when it does work it works well and combined with cricket's unlimited plans it offers a lot of useful features (when it works) the phone is solid and seems to be well built. The red panels can be replaced with another color, but the owner prefers the standard red
